Frank Menchaca has over a decade of experience working with the mobility industries. He has led projects convening automotive manufacturers, government and academia focused on sustainability in areas such as electric vehicle charging infrastructure, automated driving, circular economy and workforce development.

Frank has over two decades of expertise in educational publishing and has created market-leading research products in law and social sciences. He is the editor of two series of course publications with Wiley and has published numerous articles on information science.

Frank has degrees from New York University, Yale University and professional certification in sustainability from MIT. He has given talks around the world including Stanford Business School and COP. In addition to his work in science and technology, he maintains creative disciplines in painting and original music.
